How often you train with a personal trainer can vary from once per week, all the way to five times per week, it really depends on how much extra help you may need. Meeting once per week is suitable for those that just need a little help, and for those that may need some encouragement and advice, but generally do well on their own. For some, it may require a few sessions per week, especially if you feel that you need someone to offer motivational encouragement through the week.

Eating a balanced diet sounds so easy to do, but many people struggle with what this means. Just what is a balanced diet? Is it the same for everyone? Eating too much carbohydrates, fats or even protein, is not good, as this will mean that you will not be eating enough of at least one of the others. If you are eating too many processed foods, then you may not be eating enough protein. Eating balanced meals with adequate protein, eating less processed foods, and increasing physical activity.
